Not legal advice

We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice. Probate, title, and estate questions should go to an Oklahoma attorney. When a family has an attorney, we work alongside them.

Licensing

Real estate services are provided by Bucky Cordray. Licensed in Oklahoma only, through Waypoint Realty. Trusted referral partners in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

We may also be a buyer

KRE Group may also make a direct cash offer on a property; you are always free to list with any agent or accept other offers.

When KRE Group makes an offer, we say so plainly, and we show you what listing the house would likely net as well, so you can compare.

About the numbers

“1,065 real estate transactions across the U.S. since 1999” counts Bucky's transactions as both an investor and an agent. It is not a count of Oklahoma agent sales.

Case stories

Case stories are real situations with names and details removed. Your results will depend on your property and your family.

Tax and financial questions

Nothing on this site is tax or financial advice. Talk with a tax professional about your estate.
