Senior Housing Advice is a service of KRE Group. This policy explains what we collect through seniorhousingadvice.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, phone, email, mailing or property address, and any notes.
• Whether you checked the box agreeing to text messages, with the time and the internet address you used.
• Basic, anonymous visit information, such as which pages were viewed, through Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics. We do not send your name, phone, email, or address to these tools.

Where it came from, if you got a letter

If we wrote to you about a probate, your name came from a public court filing in Tulsa County. Read how that works.

How we use it

• To answer your request and call you back.
• To send the guide or the one-page comparison you asked for.
• To stop letters when you ask us to.

Your information is kept in our customer records system. We do not sell it. We share it only with people who help us serve your request, such as a title company or an attorney you choose to involve, or when the law requires it.

Text messages

We only text you if you checked the box agreeing to it, or if you text us first. You can reply STOP at any time. Agreeing to texts is never required.
